• Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
  A: CreamJet is the major manufacturer of food-grade Nitrous Oxide in the world, producing 20,000 mt per year. For safety and regulatory standards of food-grade gases, you can refer to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
• Q2: How long will it take to receive my order?
  For in-stock US parcel orders, allow an estimated 1–2 business days for processing plus 1–5 business days for ground transit: approximately 2–7 business days in total. These are planning estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Backorders and pallet shipments need a separately confirmed lead time. Shipping & delivery details.
• Q3: Where are your goods located?
  CreamJet serves the United States and Europe with the same product range, subject to availability. Orders for the contiguous 48 US states and Washington, DC ship directly from our US warehouse. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses are not included. European orders continue to be served from our European warehouse.
• Q4: Is my payment safe?
  A: Absolutely. CreamJet uses secure and legally compliant payment systems to protect your transactions. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.
• Q5: How do you guarantee product quality?
  A: Our professional QC team inspects and tests every batch of gas daily. Each cream charger is tested individually after production.
