What should you know before choosing cream chargers?

What is a cream charger?

A cream charger is a container of nitrous oxide (N₂O) used with compatible dispensing equipment to whip cream and prepare culinary foams. CreamJet sells larger cylinders in four gas weights: 640g, 1364g, 2000g, and 3000g. The weight describes the gas in the cylinder, not the amount of cream it will produce.

Which CreamJet cylinder size should I choose?

Compare the gas weight, the number of cylinders per carton, and your kitchen’s usage. In the Original range, one carton contains six 640g cylinders, four 1364g cylinders, two 2000g cylinders, or one 3000g cylinder. A larger cylinder does not necessarily mean more gas per carton. Our size comparison and carton calculator shows the arithmetic and helps compare quoted costs.

Will a cylinder work with my cream dispenser?

Check the dispenser, regulator, hose, and connector requirements before ordering. Cylinder capacity alone does not establish compatibility. Follow the instructions supplied with your equipment, including its filling and pressure limits. If you need help selecting a CreamJet cylinder, send us the make and model of your equipment.

How do I request a wholesale quote?
