US customers can now buy CreamJet cream chargers and cylinders for delivery directly from our US warehouse. We serve the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC, with the same product range offered to European customers, subject to availability.
Does my order ship from the United States?
Yes. Orders for our supported US delivery area ship from our US warehouse. European orders continue to be served from our European warehouse. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses are outside the current US delivery area. Use your actual shipping state and ZIP code at checkout to check the available method.
Which cream chargers can US customers buy?
Browse the current CreamJet catalogue for Original and flavoured options. Our Original cylinder range includes 640g, 1364g, 2000g and 3000g sizes. Select a product’s pack option and check its stock status before ordering: the same range does not mean every flavour or carton option is always in stock.
Compare carton counts as well as cylinder sizes. The gas weight in grams is the stated net fill, not the packaged shipping weight or a guaranteed number of servings. Our cream charger size and carton guide helps you compare quantities. Check the product instructions and your dispenser or regulator requirements when choosing equipment.
Can I shop and check out in US dollars?
The store supports USD and EUR. Location detection suggests a currency, and the currency selector lets you choose manually. Review the product price, discount, delivery charge and final total in your chosen currency before paying. European customers can continue shopping in euros.
When should I expect a US parcel order?
For an in-stock parcel order, our planning estimate is 1–2 business days for processing plus 1–5 business days for ground transit: approximately 2–7 business days overall. This is an estimate, not an arrival guarantee. Backorders, holidays, carrier delays and special freight arrangements can change the timing.
Check the Shipping & Delivery page for the current delivery area, shipping rate and free-shipping threshold. If you need supplies for a particular service or event date, contact us with that date before relying on a standard estimate.
What should a US wholesale enquiry include?
- Exact product, flavour and carton quantity.
- Delivery state, ZIP code and business receiving address.
- Your requested arrival date and whether it is flexible.
- Any appointment, loading dock or unloading requirements.
Send these details through our wholesale enquiry page. We confirm stock, freight charges and the proposed schedule in the quote. Pallet shipments need their own logistics arrangements; the standard parcel window does not apply automatically.
