CreamJet ships orders for the contiguous United States directly from our US warehouse. European orders continue to be served from our European warehouse. The US product range is the same as the European range, subject to the stock status shown on each product.
Where do we deliver in the United States?
Our current US delivery area covers the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses (APO, FPO and DPO) are not included. Enter your state and ZIP code at checkout to see available shipping.
How long does US delivery take?

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, holidays, address issues, stock changes and carrier delays may extend the window. The transit estimate uses typical domestic ground-service ranges as a planning reference; the carrier and service for your shipment depend on the product and route. Backordered products and pallet orders need a separately confirmed dispatch date.
What does US shipping cost?
Standard US ground shipping is currently $11.02 for eligible orders below $66.78. Eligible orders of $66.78 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping. These amounts correspond to our €9.90 shipping rate and €60 free-shipping threshold at the currently configured USD conversion. The available method and final shipping charge are shown at checkout in your selected currency.
For pallet, container or specially arranged freight orders, request a separate quote with the product, carton count, destination ZIP code and unloading requirements. A retail parcel estimate does not determine a pallet delivery schedule.
How are European orders handled?
European customers continue to order in EUR and receive service from our European warehouse. Enter your country and postal code at checkout for the available shipping options. Delivery timing depends on the destination and stock; contact us before ordering for a fixed event date or a wholesale shipment.
Can I choose USD or EUR?
Yes. The store uses your detected location to suggest a currency and provides a manual USD/EUR selector. Your chosen currency is used for product prices and the cart. Check the currency and final total before paying. Delivery eligibility follows your shipping address, so choosing USD does not make an unsupported destination eligible.
