About this policy and contacting us
CreamJet at getcreamjet.com is operated by Yolotech Co., Ltd, which is responsible for the personal information handled for the purposes described in this policy. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit the website, contact CreamJet, request a wholesale quotation, or use the online shop.
Our business correspondence address is Room 742, 7/F, Star House, 3 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
For privacy questions or requests relating to information you have provided to CreamJet, email sales@getcreamjet.com. Please describe your request and, where relevant, identify the inquiry or order concerned. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or identity documents in an inquiry or an initial privacy request.
Information you provide
Inquiries and wholesale quotations
We receive the information you enter in our contact and inquiry forms and in subsequent correspondence. The wholesale inquiry form asks for your name, email address, delivery location and product interest. The phone/WhatsApp field is optional. Your message may also contain a business name, quantities or other requirements you choose to provide.
We use this information to respond, discuss product availability and delivery arrangements, prepare a quotation and manage the resulting correspondence. Required fields are needed to identify and answer your inquiry; without them, the form cannot be submitted. You can instead contact us by email.
Forms are handled through WPForms on our WordPress website. Inquiry notifications are delivered to our business email inbox, including Gmail. Submitting an inquiry does not itself place an order or authorize payment.
Shopping and accounts
Our shop uses WooCommerce. When you place an order, information can include the products and quantities, your name, email address, billing and delivery address, phone number where collected and order notes, order status and payment-related references or confirmation. This supports order processing, delivery, customer service, returns or disputes, and relevant recordkeeping.
If you use a customer account, the account information and login-related information are used to provide that account and access to its functions. Please do not put sensitive information that is unnecessary for your order in free-text fields.
Payment information and PayPal
Where PayPal is used, PayPal processes payment and related information under its own Privacy Statement, including for payment processing, security, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Payment information exchanged with the shop can include the transaction reference, payment status and details needed to associate the payment with your order.
PayPal's handling of information is governed by its own terms and privacy information. Its role is not limited to acting on our instructions. Read the PayPal Privacy Statement for information applicable to PayPal services, including relevant regional provisions. Do not send payment credentials through our inquiry forms or email.
Website and service information
Your browser sends technical information needed to request and display website content, such as your IP address, browser/device information and requested pages. Hosting, security and other service providers can process this information to deliver their services, diagnose problems and protect the website against misuse.
The website uses WordPress, WooCommerce and hosting services to operate the site. Necessary browser storage supports functions such as maintaining a cart or session and remembering privacy choices. The exact storage used depends on the functions you use and your browser settings.
Google Analytics and advertising measurement
The website uses Google Analytics through Site Kit to help us understand website use and inquiry activity. Google advertising-related processing depends on which Google Ads features and account links are enabled; the privacy controls include a separate advertising category. Depending on your choices and Google's service settings, Google can receive information such as page URLs, referral or campaign information, device/browser information and interaction or conversion events.
Wholesale inquiry measurement uses a successful form-submission event and a form identifier to distinguish the wholesale form from other forms. This is separate from the inquiry message delivered to our business inbox. Information supplied directly in a form is handled as described above.
See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy for Google's processing, controls and purposes.
Cookies, local storage and your choices
Use the “Privacy & cookies” button on the website to open the preference panel. You can reject optional categories, accept all categories, or choose analytics, advertising and preferences separately. Necessary functionality and security storage remains enabled. You can return to the panel and select “Withdraw consent” or save different choices.
The custom CreamJet module communicates category choices through WP Consent API to Site Kit. Analytics is a separate choice from advertising; the advertising choice groups Google's advertising-storage, advertising-user-data and advertising-personalization signals. The preferences category is separate from both.
Advanced Consent Mode is not complete blocking
The website uses Google's Advanced Consent Mode. Google tags can load before you accept optional cookies. When consent for analytics or advertising storage is denied, consent-aware Google tags may still send limited measurement and consent-status requests without reading or writing the cookies covered by that denied storage category. These requests can include technical information associated with the request and the page or referral context.
Rejecting optional categories does not mean that no information or network requests are sent to Google. “Cookieless” does not mean that every request is anonymous. Your choices affect the consent signals and storage/use behavior of Google's tags. Other services, such as a payment provider you choose to use, have their own processing and privacy information.
Changing or withdrawing a choice applies going forward. It does not undo information previously sent to a service or automatically erase all existing third-party cookies or records. You can also use your browser's controls to remove stored website data; doing so may sign you out, empty a local cart or require you to choose your preferences again.
How choices are remembered
The custom module stores a local preference record named creamjet_consent_v1 in your browser. It contains the category choices, a version and the time the choice was saved. A saved choice is treated as expired after 180 days. WP Consent API also uses consent-category cookies configured with a 180-day lifetime. Browser settings or clearing site data can remove them sooner.
The custom module does not create a central visitor consent log or register your email with a consent service. It does not itself operate an external website scanner or subscription service. These statements concern the custom consent module, not the separate Google, hosting, email or payment services described in this policy.
Why information is used
Information provided for an inquiry or order is used to take the steps you request, supply the service or goods concerned, and manage the relationship and associated records. Website technical information supports delivery, reliability and security. Optional cookie choices control the categories described above, subject to the Advanced Consent Mode explanation.
Where EEA or UK data-protection law applies, processing connected with a requested quotation or order may be necessary for steps before entering into a contract or performing that contract. Relevant recordkeeping may be necessary for legal obligations. Consent is requested for optional analytics, advertising and preference storage. We also use relevant business contact and technical information for our legitimate interests in answering business inquiries, administering business relationships, maintaining a functioning and secure website, and dealing with misuse or disputes. Those interests do not override rights that applicable law gives you. The limited Google requests described under Advanced Consent Mode are separate from optional cookie storage; rejecting cookies must not be treated as permission for unrelated processing.
Who can receive information
Information is made available as needed to the people handling your inquiry or order and to service providers involved in operating the website and providing the requested service. Relevant categories include hosting and technical support, business email, payment processing, analytics/advertising measurement, and delivery or fulfillment services for an order. Providers may process information under their own privacy notices as well as any arrangements applicable to the service.
Information may also need to be disclosed to meet a legal requirement or to deal with a genuine dispute, fraud or security issue. This policy does not claim that every provider is only a processor or that no provider has its own purposes.
International processing
Yolotech Co., Ltd uses a business correspondence address in Hong Kong. Handling your inquiry or order, and using internet, email, payment and measurement services, can involve processing in countries other than the country where you are located. Google's and PayPal's linked privacy information explains their international operations and relevant regional arrangements. The safeguards applicable to a particular transfer depend on the provider, destination and service arrangement.
For questions about a particular disclosure or international transfer connected with your inquiry or order, contact sales@getcreamjet.com.
Keeping information
The appropriate retention period depends on the kind of record and why it is needed. Relevant considerations include whether an inquiry remains open, whether an order or customer-service matter is ongoing, applicable accounting or tax recordkeeping, and a dispute or legal obligation. The browser preference record's specific lifetime is described above; it is not a retention period for orders, emails or Google's records.
You can ask about information relating to your particular inquiry, order or account, and request deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be retained to meet an applicable legal obligation or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Third-party services apply their own retention rules to information they control.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the law that applies to you and the information concerned, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or to object to certain processing. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent; withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
For website cookie choices, use “Privacy & cookies”. For information held by CreamJet relating to an inquiry, order or account, email sales@getcreamjet.com. We may need enough information to identify the relevant records and verify that the request relates to you. Please do not send unnecessary identity documents with an initial request.
You may also raise a complaint with the data-protection authority competent for your location or circumstances. The UK Information Commissioner's Office provides information about UK complaints. For information controlled by a service provider such as PayPal or Google, its own privacy notice explains its request channels.
Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the website, services or applicable requirements. The update date appears at the top of this page. A material change in optional processing may also require a new privacy choice rather than relying on an earlier choice.
